Enjoy a sunny experience with our Sunflower Festival. Over 3 acres boasts thousands of beautiful blooms of yellow, white, red, pink and chocolate sunflowers!
About our 2021 Sunflower Festival
Our Sunflower fields will not be open to the public this season due to many challenges, too much rain that lead to plant disease and damage from the deer eating off the tops of the plants. We have some sunflowers that have survived and will have those available for our Sunflower Bouquet classes.

Photography at the Festival
Sunflower Festival Photographer Information:
- $35 photographer fee plus admission
- Release of 10 photos to Appleberry Orchard
- Each guest must pay admission, whether paid by photographer or guest themselves.
- Must make appointment for photography sessions.
Appointments can be made by phone at 319-372-1307, email or facebook message.
Appointments can be done in the evenings on weekdays or weekends.
